BALING PRESS
Bailing Press is movable or fixed type at one place for
Bailing of all Ferrous & Non-Ferrous metal ,cotton, grass,
paper-cuttings , rubber & plastic Scraps.
STRUCTURE: Movable on bearing wheels, fixed at one
side or at corner will be vertically and horizontally mounted .
Presses are hand operated,semi auto mechanically and
hydraulically operated and also fully automatic presses
can be made.
*Three sides - bottom and two sides are completed
welded with heavy structures. Front will be bolted type
can be closed at the time of working of press , back plate
of the press will movable by threaded heavy screw and nut
mechanically or hydraulically operated.
*Top can be opened type door fitted with heavy hinges for
filling all types of scraps and door will be fitted with
full supports.
*Scrap block is tied with strings after all operation of press
and then taken out from front door by pushing from back
side of the press by mechanically and hydraulically.
SCRAP BAILING PRESSES CAN BE :

* Double Compression
* Triple Compression
