LEAD SHEET ROLLING MILL
The rolling mill will be Cold rolling reversible operated type.
STANDS:
Stands are completely fabricated ,machined according
to the bearing blocks.
SCREW AND NUTS:
EN-8 and EN-9 materials with butress threads, screw down
arrangements will be hand/motor/hydraulic driven.
BEARINGS: Phosphorous Bronze Bearing.
ROLLS: Alloy steel forged pair of rolls machined accurately.
GEARINGS:
Single helical open type gears and pinions or enclosed gear box
can be made with suitable gears ratio.
ROLL GEARS:
Gears are on the neck of rollers or pinion box.
FLYWHEEL:
Suitable weight flywheel will be provided with one fixed plane
pulley and one rotation pulley with G.M. bush bearing for
reversible driving of the mill.
TABLES:
Both sides full length tables with ball bearing rollers can be
made for the resting of Lead Sheet.
The Rolling Mill can be from 4 Ft, 6 Ft & 8 Ft width .
Rollers and Table can be up to 20 Ft to 40 Ft length on both sides.
ELECTRIC MOTOR:
Suitable motor with pulley and reversible starter switch with accessories.
