RUBBER MACHINERY
RUBBER MIXING MILLS:
Stands:
Stands are steel fabricated and one roller will be fixed and
moving in gun-metal bushes and other roller will be adjusted
by hand wheel with Butress threaded screw and nut.
ROLLERS:
Chilled or Alloy forged steel machined and fitted horizontally
in the Stands.
Rollers Sizes: 8" to 16" dia x 20" to 48" Width.
SCREWS and NUTS:
Screws are EN-8 and Nuts are EN-9 with butress threads.
PINIONS:
Pinions are on the rollers or pinion box will be provided Open or
Enclosed type coupled with rollers and gears or Gear Box and
flywheel and suitable electric motor with V-belts and starter.
Steel fabricated tray will be provided under the rollers, so the
rubber material can be rolled again and again with hand and
make suitable forms of sheet.
HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL STEAM VALCANIZER:
These are made of M. S. plates suitable for working pressure
of 40 to 60 PSI (Tested up to 100 P.S.I.) fitted with pressure
gauge and safety Valve.The Vulcanizers are built either single
shell or jacketed in any diameter up to 10 Ft of any required length.
All have bolted type doors, supporting stand, inside track for
trolley. All vessels are tested to double the operating pressure.
But it can be built for higher pressure to the individual requirement.
HAND OPERATED RUBBER MOULDING PRESS:
The top body consist of heavy cast or fabricated section supported
on polished mild steel pillars. The top Plate is supported by screw
and is guided between the pillars. This ensures correct parallelism
between plates. The Presses with Higher moulding area are provided
with 4 pillars and do not have any cast iron or fabricated with section
supports whereas the presses having smaller moulding area are
provided with pillars and are mounted on the cast iron or fabricated
stand.Heavy cast iron wheel is fitted with the handles mounted on
the top of screw to give heavy pressure, due to increased momentum.
The Standard sizes are 300 mm x 300 mm , 400 mm x 400 mm ,
450 mm x 450 mm , 600 mm x 600 mm , 900 mm x 900 mm .
The Presses are highly recommended for RUBBER and PLASTIC
mounted sections to be produced. They produce the desired items
by pressing rubber into dies, which are maintained hot between
platens either by Steam or by Electrical Energy.
HYDRAULIC RUBBER MOULDING PRESSES:
These presses are suited for single and multiple RUBBER and
PLASTIC MOULDING Presses or any other Industrial applications.
These are extremely rigid in design and construction.
SALIENT FEATURES: The cylinder is either from the cast Iron or
steel and is bored out of most modern design and enough provision
is made to keep packing effective even after intensive wear and tear.
The pillars are cut out from M.S. Bright bars and provided with nuts
and lock nuts at top and bottom.
PLATENS:
The platens on the press are either electrically or Steam heated
depending upon the option of the customer. These platens have
finished, absolutely parallel faces and provided with guides for
maintaining the correct parallelism. The platens are fully tested
before being fitted and are guaranteed against leakage.
DRIVE :
The flexible coupling on the extension of worm shaft is driven
by the coupling mounted on the motor shaft. The motor extruder
assembly are mounted on the machined cast iron or fabricated
bed plate thus forming a compact and rigid arrangement.
All machines are supplied completely assembled, ready for being
laid on foundation.

RUBBER BALE CUTTING MACHINE
Serving this need, is Hydraulically operated down stroking
cutting machine with sharp alloy - steel blade. The table to
rest bulky bales, consists of idler rollers on which the bale could be
moved easily or smoothly. The appropriate cutting pressure at
optimum speed in the essence of Rubber bale cutter design.
