SLUG GRINDER

Machine is fabricated with heavy section frame. Round pan is fabricated from thick Plate.Side cover plate is welded. Rigid pivot is machined in taper size and bored for fitting gun metal bushes. Outlet is made for collecting the ground material. The Pan is fitted with suitable supports to the main frame. The main shaft rotating the heavy rollers is fitted in a pivot. The shaft rotates in a special C.I. casted "L - type pivot ". Bevel gear is fitted on main shaft and pinion shaft is rotated with ball bearings, heavy V-grooved flywheel is fitted on the pinion shaft.

* ROLLERS:
Two solid C. I. casting rollers with suitable diameter and width are machined and bored.The roller fitting arrangement is made from Square shaft. The rollers rotate in the pan with 30 to 35 RPM.

* STIRRERS:
Stirrers are fabricated from steel plates and bolted on the roller shafts to bring the ground metals again towards the rollers for grinding continuously.

* Electric Motor: 3 HP 960RPM Electric Motor with V-grooves Pulley will drive the machine smoothly.

SLUG RUNNER MACHINE:
Machine is used for grinding Non-Ferrous metals-Brass, Copper, Aluminum & Casted residues and separated with vibrator or mesh. Machine is used for Paint mixing and grinding, mixing and grinding broken Glasses .

SLUG GRINDER MACHINE:
Machine can be covered with removable steel plates / fiber glass sheets with hopper arrangement.
