The process of soap is into two sections. First section with
chemical reaction of variety of fats with alkali. Soap obtained
is raw and without color and perfumes. Second section soap
consists of finishing soap by mixing in mixer, Milling triple
roller mill, extruding under pressure to form bars and finally
stamping of soap in desired shape and size.

LAUNDRY BAR SOAP MAKING MACHINERY :
The process of laundry soap is into two sections.
First section with chemical reaction of variety of fats with alkali.
Soap obtained after Saponification has high moisture content.
The moisture is removed in subsequent process for drying and
the soap is extruded under pressure to form bar and then
stamping to desired shapes and size.

DETERGENT SOAP MACHINERY :
The process of making detergent soap consists
of mixing raw materials in a mixture.
* DRY MIX DETERGENT POWDER :

The powder mixture has two spiral ribbon blender on the shaft.
The spiral is left and Right and when the mixture is rotating
outer blade pushes the material in one direction and the inner
blade pushes the material in opposite direction.
The mixture mixes the material more and more and is
removed from mixing chamber by rotating the blades such
that the outer blade pushes from the outlet and then sieved
on the Sieving machine which grinds oversized particles and
breaks the lumps formed during mixing.
